1. Chief Minister (CM) of Goa Manohar Parrikar Dies.

CM of Goa Manohar Parrikar dies because of Pancreatic Cancer. On 27 Oct 2018, the Goa government announced that CM Manohar Parrikar had a Pancreatic Cancer, and he dies on 17th March 2019 at the age of 63 yrs because of pancreatic cancer, at his residence in Panji.

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) directs to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to prepare a noise pollution map and to solve the pollution problem across the country. NGT order CPCB they categorize all the major noise pollution cities in the country.
